Project schedule creation

The project schedule, AKA the Gantt chart, is created by using the WBS. The WBS is a work breakdown structure that organizes the team's work into manageable sections. By using the WBS, a clear and concise schedule with accurate milestones can be created. We started off using Project Libre as a source to create our schedule but decided to rather go with excel. This decision was made because we managed to find a Gantt chart/schedule template on Google that made the creation in excel a lot easier and more efficient.

Lessons learnt would be to ensure your WBS is correct. Remember that you are basing your entire schedule on the WBS so if it is incorrect then your entire schedule is incorrect too.
